1. I PLACED AN ORDER. WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE?

All packages ship via USPS. The processing time for orders is 7-10 business days for domestic orders beginning the following business day after order is placed .Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary due to large demand. Thank you for your patience. 

2. I PLACED AN ORDER. WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED A TRACKING NUMBER?

Tracking numbers are not instant, tracking numbers should only be provided once an order has actually shipped out. Please do not look for a tracking number immediately after order. You will receive an order confirmation and your tracking number will be delivered in a separate email once your order has actually left our facility.

3. WHAT SHIPPING METHOD IS USED?

All packages are shipped via USPS.

5. DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?:

No. All sales are final. Please refer to our Refund Policy at checkout. Please note, Ken Cosmetics by KenBarbie reserves the right to refuse all returns.

In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing product within 14 days of receipt of package.

6. Can I change my order after I've placed it?

In most instances, once you have placed your order it is final. However cases can be reviewed by emailing KenCosmetics@itsKenBarbie.com
